On January 2, 2019, the Shamong Township Board of Education held its annual Reorganization Meeting. New member, Frank Locantore, took the oath of office for a three-year term on the board. Melissa Ciliberti was selected as President, and Jeff Warner will serve as the Vice President. Jeff Siedlecki and Anne Ehrke are current board members who complete Shamong’s five-member Board of Education. A complete list of Board Meeting dates can be found on the district’s website.
Our board members set policy that govern our school district, dedicating a great deal of time to training, meetings, research and activities, all on a voluntary basis. They are among some 5,000 men and women in New Jersey who serve their communities, and our children, in this way.
