Dear Shamong Families,
If, as a family, you find yourself without a device for your child(ren) during the 20-21 school year to access and complete assignments for remote learning, please complete the device assistance form below. A district official will get back to you as soon as possible.
Please note that Chromebooks and Chromebook parts are difficult to acquire due to the pandemic, so only complete a form if your family is in need of a device(s). Considerate form completion will insure all families that are in need will get a device.
Complete a new form for each of your children if applicable. The device assistance form will close 8/28/2020 at 11:00 am to allow time to schedule device pickup.
